After selling the company to ServicePower in 2008, Janice launched JustPressOne in 2010. This new chapter allowed her to focus on supporting service providers in the appliance industry and continue her mission to modernize and elevate service operations.
One of her proudest accomplishments is the creation of ClaimWorks, an intelligent and AI-powered platform that simplifies the claims submission process. By integrating directly with business management software and payor systems, ClaimWorks helps reduce rejected claims, speeds up payments, and improves overall workflow. It has made a measurable and positive impact for service providers across the industry.
Janice is also passionate about mentoring the JustPressOne executive team. With over 40 years of business experience, she offers valuable insights and guidance that help others make informed and strategic decisions. She finds great fulfillment in supporting leadership development and considers this one of her most meaningful contributions.
Outside of work, Janice enjoys the company of her two doodles, Sand Dune and Lucy. They are her daily walking partners, her stress relievers, and her loyal companions. Fridays are especially meaningful as she spends time with her grandchildren, ages four and seven, who call her “Grandma Woof.” Their joy and laughter remind her of what matters most beyond the world of business.

JustPressOne has always been more than a company to Ryan—it is part of his family story. The founder of the business is his mother, Janice Salmon. From a young age, he spent time around her team at her previous company, Key Prestige. Even as a kid, Ryan was filing claims and helping in the mailroom during summer breaks. This industry has been in his life from the beginning.
While in college, Ryan began working at JustPressOne USA, where he saw the opportunity to evolve the operational model globally. That vision brought him to the Philippines in 2018, where he has since led the expansion of JustPressOne with a focus on scalability, sustainability, and putting people first.
One of Ryan’s proudest accomplishments has been leading JustPressOne International through the pandemic. The company transitioned to a fully remote model almost overnight, and under his leadership, not only survived but grew. He is especially proud of maintaining an attrition rate of less than 3 percent in an industry known for high turnover—a reflection of the strong culture and care for employees.
His journey with JustPressOne has been a transformative experience. It has taught him the value of purpose-driven leadership and the importance of building a business that goes beyond numbers. Leading a growing company in a foreign country has challenged and shaped him both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, Ryan thrives on challenge. Whether it’s sailing into unfamiliar waters, tackling tough hiking trails, or picking up new sports, he is constantly seeking growth and pushing his limits. That same mindset fuels how he leads—always learning, evolving, and stepping up.
He is now preparing for a new chapter in his life: fatherhood. With his first baby boy on the way, Ryan is committed to bringing the same energy and purpose to parenting as he does to leadership, striving every day to become the best version of himself.

His role involves technical leadership, infrastructure planning, mentoring the engineering team, and ensuring that the company’s platforms are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
Ansell brings a strong background in building software products for fast-growing companies, often contributing across development, infrastructure, and operations. What attracted him to JustPressOne was the opportunity to lead a mission-driven team focused on solving real-world challenges through technology. The company’s culture of innovation and execution made it a perfect fit.
Among his proudest achievements at JustPressOne is leading the engineering team behind major initiatives like ClaimWorks, a custom-built claims processing platform designed specifically to meet client needs. He also led the redevelopment of Nexus 2.0, transforming it into a more robust and user-friendly call center solution. Ansell introduced Cipher, a browser extension that securely manages internal credentials, and he spearheaded the integration of Auggie AI into ClaimWorks to automate claims editing and submission. His forward-thinking approach also brought AI tools into the team’s daily workflows to improve productivity.
His time at JustPressOne has allowed Ansell to grow both as an engineer and as a leader. He also plays an essential role in recruitment, serving as the final interviewer for all new hires to ensure alignment with the company’s standards and culture.
Frank’s journey with JustPressOne began more than eight years ago, shortly after his official retirement in 2017. At the time, he joined as a part-time Quality Assurance team member. His extensive career prior to JPO included more than 15 years as the owner and operator of three restaurant nightclubs in San Francisco. He later pursued his dream of becoming a professional golfer and achieved PGA membership in 1999. He went on to co-own and operate a golf course in Hemet, California for nearly two decades.
When Janice Salmon, the founder of JustPressOne, invited him to lend his experience in QA, he embraced the opportunity. What started as a few hours a day quickly evolved into a full-time leadership role. Since then, Frank has become a central figure in the company’s growth and team development.
